Based on a formal intake form, Beata creates a 1-week meal plan + shopping list + general tips based on your needs. Spend 30-minutes discussing it with Beata and asking questions. This can be done via Skype or in-person. 

Starting from scratch

You’re experiencing symptoms of discomfort and want to improve your health, reduce symptoms through food, lifestyle & supplementation recommendations

During your first visit, an extensive analysis of your daily life, job, family and medical history, eating habits, general lifestyle and health and wellness goals will be conducted. This takes approximately 1.5 hours. Beata will then build a dietary program specifically designed for your goals and body needs including a 2-week meal plan. During a 30-minute follow-up visit, you will receive your personalized program and discuss it with Beata.

Grocery Store Tour + Pantry Raid + DEMO

Beata will take you on a live and thorough tour of your local grocery store to discuss foods to avoid and foods to buy, tailored to your budget and eating habits. Beata will also raid your cupboards in search of danger foods and will demo 1-2 recipes/clean eating habits.
