Beata’s Famous Energy Bites


These energy bites are RIDICUOUSLY delicious. 

I created this recipe on a whim one weekend to serve as a snack for a group of friends coming over. I literally threw the below ingredients into a food processor and and the outcome was unbelieveably yummy. My guests were so impressed that something so good was also super healthy. These bites are completely sugar-free, gluten-free and dairy-free, contain no added oils and are completely raw which means all the wonderful nutrients are well in tact! 

Enjoy a bite or two with your afternoon cuppa herbal tea for that clean pick-me-up sweet treat or serve them at your next gathering. I promise, your guests will go home with a full belly and new perspective on clean eating (yes, clean eating can also taste amazing!). They also freeze really well too if you have some extras leftover.  

Beata's Famous Raw Energy Bites

  1. 1 cup almonds
  2. 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  3. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  4. 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  5. 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
  6. 1 tbsp almond butter
  7. 1 tsp maple syrup
  8. 1/4 tsp himalayan pink salt
  9. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until fully combined. Roll into balls and coat with coconut flakes and cacao powder. I like to top off the ones rolled in cacao powder with a little coconut sugar to cut the bitterness but this is completely optional as they're sweet enough.
